Words on the Move

This project was a collaboration between Write Out, Girls Inc. at the YWCA, North Side Learning Center, and La Casita Cultural Center.

Through this project, Write Out worked with our Community Partners to lead writing workshops for students at each of the sites. As these young writers created stories, poetry, art, and more, their work was collected and put together.

Middle and high school students from Girls Inc. at the YWCA, North Side Learning Center, and La Casita Cultural Center came together to launch Write Out’s third Annual Chapbook and to unveil their collaborative art display. They shared their stories and poems to a public and audience and celebrated the incredible work they have done.
